Aseese

Gospel Faith Mission International (GOFAMINT) is based in Aseese and is a large Nigerian church denomination with churches all over the country and in several other countries. They have been a partner with Drive-In since 2014, due to the efforts of one special man, Evangelist George Adeniyi.  Bro. George was a young student at WATS when we began our partnership there and upon seeing and hearing about this special kind of ministry, immediately felt the Lord was drawing him to it.  He got right involved and faithfully served on the team, later getting permission to be the driver for the ministry and, by the time he was ready to graduate, was the student leader of the ministry.  During his years there (and post grad studies), every time we would visit the school, he would come to us and tell us God has called him to serve in this ministry full-time and when he completes his studies he needs a Mobile Unit to serve with his church.  Many of the students would come to us and ask for one for their church or country, but George was different, he was passionate and relentless.  When he finished school, he contacted me and said his denomination leaders had agreed to send him out full-time as an evangelist with a Mobile Unit if we would partner with them.  That was 10 years ago. We provided a new Toyota passenger van, with all the equipment, and Bro. George has not slowed down since.  He still conducts 2-4 day crusades a week around the country, 40 + weeks a year, drawing tens of thousands in attendance and recording thousands of decisions for Christ every year.  He is, without doubt, called of God to this ministry. We see it, his church denomination sees it, and his passion, dedication, and faithfulness reflect it.  He is our greatest example of what God can do with this ministry and we are blessed and thankful for his/their partnership.
